BE CALM

BE CALM

FOR BLOATING AND GAS

This is the kitchen blend: parsley, cardamom, coriander and ginger grass.

Any one of these four digestive stimulants would help with that bloating and gas; together they give a powerful one two punch to your digestive issues.

Parsley stimulates blood flow and removes toxins.  Cardamon and coriander are carminatives, gently dissipating that gassy feeling. Ginger grass sooths nausea and indigestion.

Grounded you trust yourself.

Use:  Rub in circular motions on your stomach, as often as needed. Be sure to inhale the blend deeply. This gets through to the limbic system and the pituitary. At night you can put some on the bottom of your feet.

BE CHILL

BE CHILL

FOR STRESS

By lessening the toxic load on the body, many root causes can be addressed.

Bergamot’s high vibration lightens the shadows of the mind; along with the calmative energy of marjoram and clary sage; the blood purifier, angelica root; and the anti stress oils geranium rose and sandalwood.

BE CHILL is a home run for unconditional love for yourself.

Use  at least four times a day. Inhale the blend deeply. The best places for absorption are your extremities: the bottom of your feet, your hands, your head and temples, the top or bottom of the spine.

BE CLEAR

BE CLEAR

FOR DETOX AND INFLAMMATION

This earthy, grounding, uber powerful anti inflammatory blend from the roots and woods, leaves and berries, of vetiver, clary sage, cyprus leaf and juniper alpine, clears and detoxifies the over taxed lymphatic system; connecting gently with the wisdom of the universe; summoning the angelic realm so one can move on, creating that quiet space, where the answers appear — for our amusement.

You are not alone.

Use on lymph nodes, or the acupuncture point LI 4 (the large intestine, which is midpoint between the two bones of the thumb and index finger).  Be sure to inhale the blend deeply. This gets through to the limbic system and the pituitary.

BE ENERGETIC

BE ENERGETIC

FOR ADRENAL SUPPORT

Ahh yes, burning the candle at both ends blows out the adrenals. Blaming yourself for not doing enough blows out the adrenals. Thinking you and only you are responsible for everything, blows out the adrenals.

Angelica root is an anxiolytic. It inhibits anxiety. Earthy carrot seed detoxifies the kidney; combining perfectly with the regenerative power of geranium. Tantien’s blend includes juniper for strength and vitality, along with scotch pine for fighting off fatigue; and  cypress leaf which carries the frequencies in transition between the physical and emotional self.

Anchored in the body, you connect with the divine through your heart.

You are perfect, just as you are.

Use at least four times a day. Inhale the blend deeply. This gets through to the limbic system and the pituitary. The best places for absorption are your extremities: the bottom of your feet, your hands, your head and temples, the top or bottom of the spine.

BE QUIET

BE QUIET

FOR COUGH

It’s no fun to wake up in the middle of the night with a coughing fit or interrupt a commute or a meeting or a gathering with coughing.

Inhale the blend. You will be surprised how this can often help immediately.

Rosemary, eucalyptus globulus and lavendin super are all anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-infectious. Rosemary acts as the messenger that directs the action of the blend towards the lungs. Eucalyptus promotes the uptake of oxygen by the red blood cells; and green myrtle is antiseptic, calming and acts as an expectorate.

Use as often as needed, at least four times a day, on your neck and chest. Be sure to inhale the blend deeply. Apply to the bottom of your feet at night.

Avoid using it near jewelry. It can react to metals.

BE SLEEP

BE SLEEP

FOR A RESTFUL NIGHT

Fine lavender – the balancer – grown in the purified air, high in the mountains of France. Surrender with Chamomile Roman.

Not convinced? If you have a toddler in your orbit -  apply lavender at bedtime. Their new found ability to use words makes them too mental and its tough for their minds to turn off so their body can settle down to a good night’s sleep.

Sweet dreams.

Use on the temples and feet. Works really well for melancholy if you apply to that space in the middle of your breast bone. Be sure to inhale the blend deeply.

BE WISE

BE WISE

FOR MENOPAUSE

Geranium rose represents the archetypal energy of the feminine. With the unconditional love from the rose vibration, geranium allows energy to manifest steadiness. Soothed, shielded, cushioned and mothered this blend with clary sage and French lavender is both calming and uplifting.

According to Dr. Andrew Weil, French maritime pine is the most important oil for this time in your life.

Use at least four times a day. Inhale the blend deeply. This gets through to the limbic system and the pituitary. The best places for absorption are your extremities: the bottom of your feet, your hands, your head and temples, the top or bottom of the spine.

BE YOGI

BE YOGI

FOR MEDITATION

Holy Basil is used by mystics and meditators as rasavana, to foster personal growth and enlightenment.  It has the ability to lower cortisol, the long-acting stress hormone produced by the adrenal glands.

Sandalwood’s balsamic base note evokes the earth element at it's most sensual, at the same time it is deeply tranquil, bringing us back to our true self. This is particularly useful for the obsessive worrier.

By calming the mind, this blend of sandalwood and holy basil frees us to be ourselves, our more creative selves, free from obsessive worrying.

Brings wisdom to the meditative state; quieting so we can hear the rejoicing in the choral singing of the universal soul.

Living in tune with the universal rhythms.

Use as often as you want, especially when you feel the need for grounding, getting back to your true self, and/or inspiration. The best places for absorption are your extremities: the bottom of your feet, your hands, your head and temples, the top or bottom of the spine. Remember to inhale the blend deeply. This gets through to the limbic system and the pituitary.
